Growing up in Australia and spending over a decade in Victoria, I have been immersed in Melbourne’s coffee culture. This hand curated blend is my interpretation of Vietnamese coffee amongst Melbourne’s coffee scene, a blend of robusta and specialty arabica beans that is specifically ground for slow drip brewing in a Vietnamese café phin filter.
