Made from rice flour, these rice noodles are the perfect accompaniment for pho; making it a great option for those with gluten intolerance. Naturally free from gluten.

  • Directions: rehydrate rice noodles in water for 45mins-60 mins. Cook for 15-30 seconds in serving sized batches for 15-30 seconds and drain. Place in bowl and pour over your home-made pho broth or it’s ready to add into a stir-fry.
