Inside, you'll find our carefully balanced blend of whole star anise, cassia bark, black cardamom, cloves, coriander seeds, fennel seeds, licorice root, black peppercorns and rock sugar; the essential ingredients for creating a rich, aromatic Vietnamese pho broth.
The canister also includes access to our favourite pho recipes and cooking tips, making it easy to create authentic Vietnamese pho at home with confidence.
Simply add the spice blend to your stock and allow it to gently simmer, releasing the warm, fragrant flavours that make pho so comforting and distinctive. Perfect for beef pho, chicken pho or any slow-cooked broth that deserves exceptional depth of flavour.
